It comprises a general introductory report, as well as five thematic reports on key present and future issues concerning the tax residence of companies and the national reports of 14 EU Member States and 6 non-EU Member States. Anders Nørgaard Laursen and Peter Koerver Schmidt has contributed with a country chapter on Denmark.
